I specifically purchased a California King and Queen set of grounding sheets from The Grounding Company due to the 30 day "no questions asked" return policy. After three weeks of using these sheets, we found there was no added benefit to our quality of sleep, my husband's neuropathy in his feet was no better nor was the pain any better in my right knee which needs replacement surgery. We did not feel more refreshed in the morning. I was horrified when I read the entire list of acceptable returns . . . "unused sheets, unwashed sheets, original packaging". In other words, the return policy was absolutely useless!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS FALSE ADVERTISING OR THE QUALITY OF THIS GROUNDING PRODUCT. BOTH ARE WORTHLESSS!!!!

Try to return these grounding sheet & mat. Wrote a message explaining that my Dr said I shouldn’t use it because of my health issue. Today is January 15, 2026 I have contact them by email 19 times tell them I have it in original package. Never used & I ask for money back & address on where to send it. Bought it for a Christmas present to myself. They said they would talk to their boss & get back to me. I have heard nothing back. I keep sending messages but they are not responding. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Regardless of the fact they have a .co.uk website address this is NOT a legitimate uk company selling uk goods.
You buy on a “uk” website. But then wait the usual 3-4 weeks for a Chinese package to arrive.
What you get is a cheap Chinese copy sheets at genuine uk prices.
These Chinese cheap sheets can be brought on Amazon for £30. Don’t be fooled. Don’t order from this website.

If you are ordering these sheet it’s because you have a genuine medical issue or poor sleep or health in some way. So stick to the certified uk manufacturers with proven results.

I’ve been trying to return these for around 5 weeks now. And they are fobbing me off. Ignoring me for weeks. And claiming they “didn’t lie” they just “didn’t disclose where they would come from”

The pillowcases don’t match the sheets. They don’t even take the same plugs/Connections.. all the labels. Packaging. Everything is in Chinese.

I brought 2 lots. 1 set for me and 1 as a Christmas gift. And we are mid January and still NO RETURN LABEL.

Now they want photos of of items sent to them to prove “why I want to return them”

They have till Friday and then I’m doing a bank claim to get my money back. Do not trust this company.
