The glass shelves were delivered promptly and as ordered. The wall fittings were undersized. Even though the company claimed the fittings were rated to 45kg, they could not keep the shelf horizontal when loaded and sagged alarmingly. I had to buy larger fittings from an alternative supplier.

We had to contact customer service for a door we ordered in order to make the door install work for our bathroom. We were instructed to purchase a specific product and upon reciept, we noticed that the item we were told to purchase was not going to work. We we were then told the shower door kit itself wasn't going to work. The customer service agent then put the blame on us even though we explained the situation on the phone with the first rep we spoke to. They refuse to pay for the return shipping and will not issue a full refund even if we send the item back on our own penny.

Ordered glass panels and door for a wall, Adam was quick to respond and get me through a quote to order and he always responded to the multiple questions I had.
Im happy with the product but a few things could of made it 5 stars.
Ordering made to measure all of the framing could of been cut so size (i got my measurements wrong but this would have been a great use)
Instructions for putting it together would of been useful asni had to figure sone of it out.
Delivery could of been better planned, got excited when I had an expected delivery date and it turned out that was just the frame, had to email to find out when the glass was due. On the day of the glass delivery I got a message saying it could be between 6am to 10pm, then just after 12 got a message to say the van had broken down and they would be in touch with a new date.
The next day I got a message saying it would be delivered on the Friday (boxing day) which i thought was strange and then an hour later a message saying jt was coming the next day. Luckily I was available as there was no way the driver would of been able to lift off the van himself.
Overall in happy but the process could of been better.

I ordered a custom-sized glass backsplash for my kitchen in a custom colour. The glass was delivered on time, exactly as promised. I installed the backsplash myself, and it looks fantastic. Helen provided excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the process. All of this came at a very reasonable price compared to other vendors.

I’m always a little sceptical when ordering from a company that comes in way cheaper than its competitors…are they genuine? What if my order doesn’t arrive etc…but with only a handful of reviews I decided to take a chance on these guys, who came out 5 stars in my opinion. It was for a bespoke shower screen and it was perfect for finishing off what’s been an awkward job. Thanks everyone, I have one happy customer and will definitely be back next time I need something like this. Ok so the delivery cost was on the steep side (but the glass was more than reasonable to not mind that) but hey, this isn’t parcel force and the screen got here in one piece undamaged so I think the price is justified. I didn’t use there wall profile as I didn’t rate filling it with silicone!…would highly recommend the Kudos ultimate wall profile which makes installation of 8 or 10mm glass a doddle….take a look at stocking that one Glass warehouse 👍

Fantastic company - I was quoted thousands for a bespoke brass shower enclosure and managed to get all the component parts for £500 from Glass Warehouse. Customer service was excellent- especially as I was dithering about what I wanted. Shout out for Helen who helped me with the process.

What great service and quality of products I received from Express Toughening. Helen Doherty was prompt in replying to my initial emails so I could look to arrange delivery to Portsmouth harbour and then my own arranged courier to Jersey. Unfortunately the glass was damaged in transit by my courier who took no responsibility so on reaching out to Helen and sending in photographs of the damage, I was relieved to hear that Express Toughening would happily replace the glass free of charge, no questions asked. This re-order was turned around very quickly and when the replacement glass arrived I was not disappointed. Amaizing quality of glass, cut perfectly, which was easy to install and looks great in the smoked grey finish with the black clamps I also ordered. Thank you very much Express Toughening for the quality products and a big thank you to Helen for all the help and assistance provided throughout . Well deserve 5 stars.

I used The Glass Warehouse/Express Toughening Ltd twice during my home renovation project.

The first time to order a bespoke shower screen and the second to order some gym mirrors to go in our tiny gym!

I dealt with Helen D, part of the Ecommerce Team, on both occasions. And in all comms she was quick to reply or call to resolve any queries or provide new quotes. Her customer services skills are excellent and she was very much the reason we went back to order the gym mirrors.

I would recommend anyone to go directly to The Glass Warehouse/Express Toughening as I did a lot of shopping around to keep the renovation costs down and these were by far the best in terms of price, quality and service.

I had some questions about a custom mirror I was hoping to order and Helen was very helpful with making sure I knew which options to select. The mirror arrived promptly and was exactly as I'd hoped.
