Very hard to use and inefficient
Very hard to use. Gives major scam vibes. The customer service person I waited on the phone for almost half an hour to talk to was unhelpful as all get out. She told me to just follow the directions on the card like yeah no duh that’s why I’m calling because those directions aren’t working. they are not well trained or helpful. The website gives a major scam vibes.

Scam
Scam. The gift card doesnt work. I call customer service and they say i should try again. What kind of advice is that? I tried again, doesnt work, wait 20 minutes on their phone line and then they ended the call saying their line is busy. I'm gonna report fraud to my credit card company.

Someone sent me a $25 gift card from here and I could not get it to work. I waited a couple weeks and decided to try again and now there is a warning from my internet security program that their security certificate has expired.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars at all!!! Bought a $50 gift card for my son. When he tried to use it, he kept getting messages that the card was invalid. We called this company many times; sometimes we were told that the card was invalid, other times we’re told that the card is valid (all recorded messages, no humans!), but was refused by the company that we were trying to buy from. Come on people!!! I can’t afford to just throw $50 dollars away!! And it is impossible to talk to a real person. I don’t know how people who scam others can sleep at night!

Disgrace
. I ordered an eGift card on 2/12 and received it the same day. The next day, the card was put on hold. I called customer service to figure out what was going on, and Moses informed me that he is unable to reactivate my card and thus would have to send me a check that will arrive in 3 weeks. He also informed me that the total cost would not include my fee that I paid to receive the eGift card. This is unacceptable and considered fraud. I will no longer buy egift cards from this company again. Unacceptable.
I am appalled by this situation and how you guys handle your customer's ecard. What a disgrace!
