I ordered six sets of gel strips from The Gel Edit. The package arrived containing four sets. I emailed, but received no response. In the following days I contacted The Gel Edit via their Instagram page. They initially responded on the same day, so I know my inquiry was seen, but ignored subsequent messages. I thought perhaps they were snowed under. Five days after my first email, I emailed again. Still no response. It's pretty basic to expect a company to provide the goods you pay for. Don't waste your time with this sham of a company.
