Popped in to buy a specific aftershave…
Popped in to buy a specific aftershave and unfortunately they didn't have it but could order it for me. Staff then answered all my questions about other fragrances and and we're really helpful with informing me of all scents and offers. Great customer service

Customer service none existent they are a joke
I’ve been a member for a couple of years without any issues but my last order has been a joke. I placed an order on Saturday for 2 different bottles of aftershave a delivery arrived Monday (fantastic) but only had 1 bottle inside and no delivery note. I sent an email via the fragrance shop website and waited 48hours and received no response. I went back onto the app and tried to phone only to be met with a message telling me they no longer take phone calls. I then tried the LIVE chat and was told someone would answer my question by the bot……..I waited 25 minutes and received no reply so not very live and that was 4 hours ago and still no response via LIVE chat. I have sent another email but the silence from this company is deafening. Customer service is none existent.
I won’t be renewing my membership and definitely won’t be using them again it’s not looking like my £60 bottle of aftershave is going to appear, I will be seeking a refund via Klarna
