Great service. The mattress we ordered for our camper van is really comfortable and arrived promptly (although we did pay extra for express delivery). Good communication through each stage of the process. Good value for money too.

Bespoke Foam Topper
We needed a bespoke foam topper for the bed on our boat. We sent off a temple and got a quote the next day. Very reasonable price and we asked if it could delivered earlier than the 10 working days they advise. The topper arrived just in time for when we needed it and it was perfect. The quality is excellent and it’s super comfy. Would highly recommended The Foam
People.

Purchased a new mattress for our…
Purchased a new mattress for our caravan and so glad i did. The new mattress is thick and plump.
Personally i would have gone an inch of two less on the width and length as i have found it seems slightly bigger when fully unpacked and plump, making it tight and feels an ince or two too long, but thats a personal thing.
Very happy with my purchase.
Delivered well packaged. Its a quality mattress.

These products are like sleeping on cloud
Delivery time wasnt to long.the mattress topper is of good quality. Its is like sleeping on a cloud. This is the 2nd item i have bought and been 100% pleased both times.sent a photo with measuremenrs on, item arrived, perfect fit. Also love the fact it has a removable cover for washing.

I was sent dirty mattress ,stained on…
I was sent dirty mattress ,stained on few parts and mattress looked like defective , Not even from one end to other, it was high , low at certain parts.
Called immediately, sent them pictures and asked for return which I got later.
Their delivery partner Dpd was also irresponsible, because of heat wave I left my main door open and was in my back garden , Their driver without Knocking, ringing bell , without informing me , just left the parcel at door unsecured.
Later DHL two times missed their Parcel collection of returning bad mattress , despite telling me their own choosen time , including one weekend. I had to be housebound without any contact amd intimation that they would not be collecting it mentioned day and time.
However , new mattress itself seem good so far but it has been only few days , so let see how it goes.
