You sent what you call 2foot 9 inches…
You sent what you call 2foot 9 inches mattress 2 foot =24 inches +9=33 you make 2 foot +9 =35 you see your mistake courier picked them up new delivery exactly the same so your machinery needs calibrating cost over £150 to have the bed frames widened can't recommend you as you hopeless at sizing

I had ordered 3 mattresses
I had ordered 3 mattresses, one parcel received & I thought all 3 in that parcel but they wasn’t, perhaps mark orders 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc.
I cannot fault the mattresses perfect for my static caravan, would recommend.

Great product. Decent customer service.
I had an issue , partly my fault, which to their credit they sorted brilliantly and is the sign of a good company, The cooling memory foam topper is a great product.

Amazing quality
Excellent service, excellent mattress! Had an issue which was the fault of delivery but they sorted immediately. We got the 10" static mattress and we both have slept like babies since we got it! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - in fact I already have!
