Ordered mystery bag to test the quality of clothing before a bigger order was placed, items that were received were very disappointing. Cheap looking / materials, all labels cut out. I know the website says labels may be cut out but to not receive at least one item with a label was not good. Items smelt of damp and was marked.

One top material was fraying around arm.

Delivery was quick, only reason for two stars

My experience with The Fashion Lab UK was excellent. The ordering process was simple and my items arrived quickly. The clothes were well-packaged and felt good quality for the price. I would happily shop here again.

Helpful team , but i wasnt keen on items i receieved. I thought i was getting 3 parcel size bags of clothes but only receieved 3 items.

I am so impressed with this company! My first ever bulk order, and not their fault, but the stock was not what i expected.
I reached out and had a chat and straight away got an apology and the offer of returning for new premium stock. They even sent me the label for return! No argument, just really straightforward. New box is here and very impressed.

An exceptional experience. The brand from start or finish offered exactly what I requested, quality items at a discount rate. This is my 5th order I believe now, both wholesale and personal, and each one has been exceptional. I couldn’t be happier and especially not with the service, Luke and Eve give 100% to customer service and truly, I’m blown over. Will be ordering again for several events I have this year - as well as the wholesale boxes!! Brilliant service

My experience with this company has been absolutely amazing!
I have ordered both individual items for personal use and resale boxes and I can say without a doubt that I have been beyond delighted each time.

I have now made 3 wholesale orders from the fashion lab and they have all been excellent. Good quality stock, mix of items and good communication from the seller. One order didn't get collected properly by Royal Mail but they rectified this straight away for me, so any issues are dealt with quickly.
I will definitely be ordering again in future!
