Great quality sofa delivered quickly in advance of Christmas.

Leather sample and brochure arrived promptly after our initial enquiry. We followed this up with a visit to the showroom where the staff were most helpful enabling us to make our choice and arrange delivery which was carried out on schedule and carefully by the carrier. All in all a very good experience and the sofa itself is of superb quality. Quality product at a very competitive price.

We went to the showroom on the off chance as I had seen sofas on line but felt I wanted to physically see them Nathan was very helpful very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products available my only criticism was the delay of a couple of weeks but so worth the wait really pleased with my 3 sofas and an armchair delivery guys were excellent

What was poor was that initially the wrong sofa was made for me resulting in a lengthy delay to finally receiving the sofa that I ordered.

Credit to the company for the speed of reacting and ensuring the wrong sofa was removed quickly and I found the company very good to deal with. Quick responses and very helpful.

This would have been 5* if not for the order mix up.

I have been very impressed with the level of customer service and communication from The English Sofa Company. Messages were answered promptly and everyone I spoke to (including Nathan) were helpful and friendly. Had to reschedule the delivery but that was done easily. Delivery service was excellent as well. And sofa is just lovely.

I purchased two large leather Chesterfield type sofas and have been very pleased with how comfortable they are as well as their looks. However, over a period of around 18 months, one issue has been very significant fading. Admittedly, they were near windows and therefore were exposed to light, but we were not prepared as to how serious the fading has been.

From start to finish a superb company to deal with nothing to much trouble.We went to the showroom in Manchester to pick a sofa for a holiday home in Anglesey and after being shown the difference design of Sofas and fabrics we was told the delivery would be five weeks and we wasn’t disappointed,we absolutely loved the sofa and quality and would definitely recommend this company for the service to a fantastic delivery who take pride on the five service thank you

I have been looking to purchase. A new sofa for over two years.

The whole process from start to finish has been great. Very helpful team and after many leather samples ordered the 2 sofas on line. The brochure pictures are very accurate and product quality superb. Great to be built in the UK. Don't hesitate to use this company you won't be disappointed.

It's always daunting buying something as expensive as a family sofa online but I have to say my experience with The English Sofa Company has been fantastic from start to finish. All communication was great and the sofa...wow...such a beautiful bit of furniture and the comfort is off the chart.

Happy enough with the sofa we ordered for our snug. Initial communication could have been better (we didn’t get any acknowledgement or confirmation email from the company- just a payment receipt that they had taken the money so had to chase that up) but sofa arrived in time frame quoted and is nice enough for a £2200 product. Having a product that is made I the UK was important to us and this was so all good there too. Delivery was great- arrived promptly, polite and respectful delivery crew and the sofa was very well packaged.

Very efficient, friendly service. Luke and Richard were chatty and professional during the delivery of the furniture, and even took away all packaging which was greatly appreciated.

I ordered leather samples online which arrived promptly with a brochure containing all the information I might need about the sofas.
When the colours were not exactly right first time, the company were happy to send further samples for me. When I phoned for further information the call was answered promptly and the person was very helpful.
The samples themselves were a decent size and made it easier to use for matching purposes than some provided by other companies.
