Great service
It's great to be able to order samples. Our chair arrived carefully packaged & the delivery drivers were excellent. The chair was exactly like the sample. Only downside is we should have checked the dimensions, as the chair is quite low to the ground but that's our mistake.

Good Service
Bought 2x4 seat settees in 2007 and they have lasted very well. Decided we want to use English Sofa Company again due to positive experience so asked for some samples which arrived very quickly . Will order new furniture shortly.

we made our purchase over the phone which was great to be able to speak with a Human to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Just awaiting delivery now but have been kept up to date every step so far!

Good samples leading to ordering
Ordered several samples and was pleased with the time they were received and then decided to order based on the quality of samples. The brochure also sent was good. We also had a few questions regarding the sizing which were answered on the phone and we were happy with the advice. We ordered a 2.5 and 3 seater liberty sofa with footstool. The only negative I would say and the reason for not giving 5 stars is that we did not receive any confirmation of our order. We had to wait for the office to be open after Christmas to request confirmation, which they did send.We are looking forward to delivery and will be able to post further updated reviews.

So happy with our new sofa and chair. I am pleased I made the effort to visit the show room in Manchester.. It's a long way from Portsmouth!

Great showroom, early delivery and a smart sofa bed.
We visited the showroom prior to making a purchase which was great - we were given help when asked but left to have a good browse. Once purchased, contact was made as planned and delivery arrived earlier than expected. So far the sofa bed has been exactly what we wanted but of course we have only had it a short while. Lovely quality and looks smart in the room.

Fantastic experience
I was so nervous about ordering on line but it has been a pleasure from start to finish. The customer service is second to none and renewed my faith in human natures. The delivery guys were extremely helpful, polite and respectful and as for the sofa and chairs- I ADORE THEM!!! Would totally recommend this company

Good experience
They were very happy to send many samples out for us to ensure that we chose the right type of leather and colour. Ordering online was straightforward and we are really pleased with the sofa now it has arrived. We went for the middle firmness on the cushions and they are quite firm, so I’m glad we didn’t go for the firmest ones! The delivery team was delayed but they kept us updated and were very careful with everything when they brought the sofa in. All in all, we’re very pleased.

From our Sunday visit in Manchester where Mustafa was incredibly helpful through quick turn around of our order and delivery we have been really happy. There were a couple of marks and an issue with stapling on the bottom but these were quickly and efficiently resolved by a partner company.

It would be very helpful if phones were answered! A help/question option may also help. I will spend my money elsewhere where. The good news is, the review got a desired response, not the way I liked to achieve a response. Thankfully we are all sorted, they really are a very supportive and helpful company, it may well be their phone system which was the culprit and will be checked.
