From the order right through to dispatch was easy. This was the second order with them and I will continually use them for the future. The product ordered was packaged so well, they arrived in pristine condition. The courier, Royal Mail, did their bit as always keeping me informed of the parcel's progress. Thank you English shaving for your service and quality of products.

Ordered 100 Gillette Silver Blue DE Razor Blades, they arrived fast and I get a good shave out of them.

Ordered the Parker chrome safety razor and brush stand. The order was delivered timely however, my Parker brush did not fit in the stand. Contacted their support email multiple times but have not received a response on how to exchange for the adjustable version.

Very disappointed with an online order of a shaving brush and cream. It was presented as high quality but it looks like cheap plastic, with a very small amount of shaving cream. Definitely won't be shopping with this company again and do not recommend.

There wasn't much choice in straight razors but they had the one I was after, much more affordable than other companies. The website seemed easy enough to find what I wanted. The delivery was on time using their free recorded delivery (for my purchase). The packaging was good and they used biodegradable foam packing (looked like white wotsits). So environmentally more friendly than some other web companies I've used.

I received a product that had leaked at some point. I emailed customer service and had an immediate reply with an apology and an offer to rectify the problem.
Louisa and the company are to be applauded for the easy and completely above and beyond service. Other companies and staff take note. This is how to keep customers spending. 5 star service.

Fast delivery, quality products at good prices

Good selection of shaving products and quick delivery however their reviews are not to be trusted. I added a couple of reviews for products I felt were disappointing and they've failed to show up on the site.

All reviews are subject to moderation and I suspect they filter out reviews that aren't positive.

A year ago I bought the Merkur 23C DE razor from them online, and last week I found I was unable to screw the top on after changing the blade. I emailed and someone called Joe replied asking for pictures, worked out what was wrong, and sent me a replacement part for free which arrived in the post the next day. I was so impressed by their fantastic customer service and will definitely shop from the company in the future.

I decided to give up on disposable lady razors. No idea what to buy, far too much choice on Amazon. Came across the English Shaving Co website which gave me great advice. Ordered the Merkur 23C DE Razor with a couple of different razor blade packs. My purchases arrived in quick time, perfectly packaged with a little complimentary pot of shave cream. I have used the razor on my legs and am pleased with the results.

Excellent service from my Local Shaving Company- I chose Brian initially because they are down the road from me and a lovely ride out on the motorbike - when i arrived Brian saw me personally and went through many many options without bias - i am very happynow with my purchases and have returned time and time again - he runs a family company and keeps you informed at every stage of the sales process with prompt delivery. Ordered a Muhle Open-Comb razor off the website. Was kept informed on the order status via email and the item was shipped and delivered promptly. The item came with a free sample of edwin jagger shaving cream too which was nice.
