Item as described. Great saving. Packaged very well and really happy with it. Delivery took a little longer than expected but I did get updates from Furdeco to inform some delays due to high demand.... See more

I LOVE my Samsung S95D 55in.TV ! I paid £300 less than the lowest price on Black Friday prices. Absolute pristine BRAND NEW condition. Shipped all the way to my living room. Very Happy I bought from “Electronics Warehouse”. Great Products - Great Service. Thank you.
Bought a refurbed 65" Samsung TV at a great discount and was not disappointed - perfect product and service.
Excellent service from the Electonics Warehouse. Also a quick and helpful delivery. All perfect!
If I could give no stars it would be. Be careful buying from these guys. I bought a TV from them which broke (main board, screen, speakers) within two years. Upon investigation with Samsung i have found out that this was a graded TV i.e. a return so any guarantees invalid. They will not respond to emails so looks like it will be a small claims court to settle. Be careful, your new TV may not be 'new'!! Terrible company to deal with.
We bought a new Samsung 55 inch TV and expensive sound bar from this company and the first thing to say is I wish we hadn’t and suggest you don’t ever use them.
After sales service is non-existent, irrespective if they have caused the problem or not. Quite simply, they take your cash and run and I suggest you run before you part with your cash. The least I can give you one star and I would’ve given zero if possible.
Bought a Samsung Frame 55 TV from these guys and had no issues. TV was quickly despatched and delivered 2 man delivery. The TV was in original Samsung box, all accesories such as two remotes, one connect box, cables and slim wall mount all present. No marks on tv or anything, I am well impressed at nearly 500 quid cheaper than other retailers, fantastic.
Spent a £1000 on 8k Samsung tv just over a year ago
but it suddenly stopped working and electronic warehouse refused help
They customer service is rubbish
I feel like been ripped off by this company as the items they sale is very low quality it is probably been repaired before and will work for a short period of time
don’t waste your money never buy from them
Urgent Consumer Alert: Electronics Warehouse Delivery and Damage Nightmare
I am writing this review as a serious warning to potential Electronics Warehouse customers. My recent experience highlights critical issues with their delivery and damage claim processes that could leave you with a broken product and no recourse.
I was unable to unpack my TV upon delivery due to a disability. I noted this in my initial review and stated I would need professional assistance. At no time was I informed of a limited window to inspect the TV for damage. When I finally arranged professional help, the TV was found to be seriously damaged in transit. The damage was hidden within the packaging, making it impossible for me to discover without unpacking.
Despite immediate contact with Electronics Warehouse and the courier, I received no response. Repeated calls to Electronics Warehouse over five days yielded nothing but unfulfilled promises of callbacks. After two weeks and another complaint email, I received a shocking response blaming me for not discovering hidden damage within 24 hours or during the 14-day return period that was neither notified during the sales process nor reaffirmed when leaving a review after delivery. I was merely thanked for confirming a successful delivery.
Electronics Warehouse's unresponsiveness and position demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service, clear evidence from the installation crew that their television was damaged in transit and a willingness to exploit customers and loopholes to avoid responsibility for broken electronics. I now face the prospect of buying a second OLED and costly litigation to recover my money.
Key Takeaways
Hidden Damage Risk:
Electronics Warehouse's policies put you at risk of being stuck with a damaged product due to graft or hidden transit damage.
Unresponsive Customer Service:
Expect delays, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of accountability if you encounter issues.
Unnotified Exploitative Policies:
Electronics Warehouse may use their terms and conditions to avoid responsibility for transit damage, even when it is hidden and impossible to detect without unpacking.
Potential for Litigation:
Be prepared to fight for your rights if you have a problem with your order.
I urge all consumers to exercise extreme caution when considering a purchase from a box mover like Electronics Warehouse. Their unnotified policies and practices create a high risk of financial loss and frustration. Consider alternative retailers that prioritise customer satisfaction and offer transparent, fair policies regarding delivery and damage claims.
❤️ You are in safe hands ❤️
One of the most helpful and supportive retailers we have experienced so far
Instant replacement when we pointed out a slight fault ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very poor customer service. Read return policy before ordering and ridiculous charges. Do not confirm returns or refund
A big shout out to Geoff for sorting our new Samsung QLED tv - super-helpful, great communication, and prompt delivery - absolutely spot on, thank you!
Further to my previous email where I gave Electronics Warehouse one star because of their lack of communication. They contacted me through Trustpilot and although the issue wasn’t their fault they sorted it out very promptly and professionally. I will certainly use them again.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by The Electronics Warehouse Ltd. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I purchased a television from them approximately 5-6 months ago for a client. Despite the TV being in pristine condition and barely used, it developed a significant fault within just two months of being mounted on the wall. A large area of the screen turned black and stopped working, which is absolutely unacceptable for a brand new product.
When I contacted the company to address this issue, their response was both unhelpful and infuriating. They insisted that I send the faulty TV back at my own expense, despite it clearly being their responsibility to handle defective products. To add insult to injury, they refused to provide proper packaging for the return, placing all the risk and cost on me. If the TV were to get further damaged in transit, they stated it would be my fault – a completely unreasonable and unfair condition.
Moreover, their terms and conditions claim that they only offer repairs or replacements after one month from the date of purchase, which flies in the face of consumer protection laws. To make matters worse, they could not provide a suitable replacement. They only offered a 65-inch model, which my client is willing to pay extra for, but it is not wall-mountable, rendering it useless for our needs.
The customer service throughout this ordeal has been appalling. Their refusal to offer a refund or a like-for-like replacement demonstrates a blatant disregard for their customers' satisfaction and rights. Their rigid and outdated policies have left me in a position where I am forced to consider legal action to recover the costs and meet my client's needs.
The Electronics Warehouse Ltd has shown a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company. Their products are unreliable, and their customer service is even worse. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Lack of communication. reported a faulty TV last week, have to keep chasing them for an update of a replacement. Communication was very careless prior to this as well due to another fault with the TV.
16/05/2024 order date - 30/05/2024 - called again to keep chasing for an update for a replacement and collection. totally not bothered about it.
Samsung told me that I needed a particular TV wall mounting bracket and gave me the code. I in good faith ordered it from Electronics Warehouse. When Samsung delivered the TV the installation guys said, without opening the package that it was the wrong bracket for the TV. I immediately emailed E. W. explaining the situation and asked to return the un-opened box. I received no reply. I have since sent two further emails without response.

Wanted a 50inch Samsung TV and online research brought me to TEW. I spoke with them about stock and availability and had excellent customer service. Made my order online and every thing went smoothly, including with the delivery company. Delighted with my tv that was very easy to set up. Would definitely use them again.
Great priced tv. I needed my tv on a specific date this was not a problem for them. I would definitely recommend.
Buying a tv can often be a task fraught with stress. Fortunately this was the opposite when purchasing our Frame TV from The Electronics Warehouse. Other than the big money saving, questions before purchase were answered and after sales care was pleasing. I would definitely recommend them to would be customers.
