ORDER NEVER SHIPPED AND I PAID FOR FAST SHIPPING
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I specifically placed an order for Halloween clothing and paid additional fees for expedited shipping to ensure my items would arrive on time.
Despite paying for expedited shipping, my order was never shipped. I was left waiting for 10 days, only to receive a refund rather than the merchandise I ordered.
While I appreciate receiving my money back, that does not make up for the inconvenience, wasted time, and missed opportunity to purchase these items from another retailer. Had I known this company would not fulfill my order, I would have gladly taken my business elsewhere.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that these items were purchased for a time-sensitive occasion. Customers should not have to wait 10 days to find out that an order they paid to have expedited will not be fulfilled.
Extremely poor order fulfillment and a disappointing customer experience. I would strongly caution others against relying on this company for purchases needed by a specific date.
