It was great to have a fixed pipe that was blocked with fat and washing powder, within an hour, left me with easier means if it should ever happen again, easy access. They were punctual and cleaned up behind themselves. Gave advice to try and stop the issue happening again.

Unblocked the drain used the drain CCTV camera show the damage in drain then
Came back to reline and repair the Brocken drain .

We were calling around on a Sunday and no other companies were able or bothered to help due to it being a Sunday and close to Christmas. Wow all I can: say is what service from start to finish from the friendly Matt in the office to Josh who came out kept us informed of his arrival and fixes the blockage very quickly! I will certainly be recommending them in future and would not hesitate to use again if needed. Thank you what service! Very happy customer

Excellent service, arrived promptly to review drains of a house that has been empty for a year and an issue was highlighted on the survey. Really helpful and explained (and showed) everything that needed doing to fix issues and prevent any future issues. Fitted us in and at short notice and on a bank holiday due to short completion date, this date was moved and they were happy to move the date. Work done quickly, to a good standard and everything left tidy. Would use again without hesitation.

Drain fixers were called out to my 87 year old in laws because bath water was flowing onto their patio. A bill for £171 was presented for unblocking drain and clearing the grate plus a follow up work of £790. When we inspected, the Grate was almost completely blocked with years of hair and grime, it was charged for but certainly had not been cleared. This was obviously the cause of the overflow. We cancelled the second work as it was not necessary. The complaint was dealt with in a appalling fashion. The clear tactic was to talk over the customer constantly. We do not trust these people and are suspicious they were taking advantage of two vulnerable 87 year old people.
