Unethical and Deceptive Practices
The Donor Solution and Mary Fusillo failed to disclose that the donor I selected—who later failed medical screening—had multiple theft convictions (including commercial burglary and petit theft), was recently incarcerated, and was on probation at the time of selection. Despite being aware of her criminal history, they deemed her eligible and passed her through background screening. When I requested a refund of my deposit, they refused outright, and no meaningful response or resolution has followed.
