IT'S A SCAM
Domain name they conned me into buying does not exist & because l fell for it l have now lost my original web address. They continue to help themselves to payments from my account at random intervals without authority and cannot be contacted.

Joe and his team (who took over) are the nicest people to deal with they check in with u make sure your happy with what there doing and any changes you want they help u with every aspect of your business from domIn ( which I brought from them last year) to websites design there currently building for me I trust them million per cent and won't use anyone else

Con artists. Selling you domain names that do nothing to drive traffic to your bsuiness. pressured me into a £2100 spend over the phone. I immediatley changed my mind called and email no response, thank god I used my credit card as money has now been refunded.

Scammers be very wary.
The domaine Directory put you in to a auto renew contract with out informing you.
A year later an invoice is sent to my email, and they have fraudulently taken £360 out of bank account which i can not get back from bank, as we entered in to a contract that did not exist between us.
The domain directory are also refusing to repay back the money for a service that they have never provided.

When selling domains they are very high pressure & can't do enough to get the sale over the line, however, as soon as I wanted to transfer my domains to GoDaddy (who have cheaper annual hosting rates & a great customer service) they decided to disappear off the face of the earth.
Ignoring my emails, & when I phoned, telling me the person I needed to speak to was unavailable and to call back!

AVOID! UNBELIEVABLE!! ive never heard of them or spoke to them yet they stole £90 out my account god knows where they got my debit card from AVOID AVOID!!

The company directer has a background in sales - and has his employees well versed in sales techniques and tactics.
This company target small businesses by cold calling them and then pressure selling them Domain names (relating to your business/trade) by telling you there worth hundreds of pounds and that they are in demand and they'll generate you all kinds site traffic for your businesses! when in reality it's all just a marketing ploy and a complete con, they sell you the domain names at ridiculous prices, When in reality there worth pence.
It’s no way to do business. These people shouldn’t be be trading at all.

Designed a new website for my business, spoke plain English and helped me understand what I was actually getting for my money.

Included some Google ads while they work on getting the new site to the first page as well. Excellent service, explained simply, and delivered on time.

It’s a Con.
They target small businesses threatening to register their business name in .UK format and steal traffic from their .CO.UK /.COM website unless the poor victim buys the .UK format there and then at a ridiculous price.
It’s no way to do business. These people shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

I purchased a website and some premium domain names off this company just before Xmas. I have received excellent service from these guys so far.
