Jacqui and Jason from the Kilmarnock store were very friendly and helpful with giving us plenty of information on the products and helping us with any queries

I looked around the store and found a couple of coffee tables that was reduced in price, the first one I saw I was going to buy, but had second thoughts and I looked at another one, which I decided to buy, the shop worker was very nice and explained everything I needed to know about my purchase, he explained about the original price cost and how it came down to price I paid for it, it is well worth every penny, also there was 2 other employees who arrive back to store after a delivery, they took over to put the table into the boot of my husband’s car, they were very pleasant and helpful, I cannot thank them enough, great service,I love my coffee table.

Ordered a outdoor dining set they only sent chairs said they had no tables left so would give refund which would take 7/10 days fast forward 14 days still no refund only means of communication is WhatsApp back and forth trying to get refund went on to the 16 days still sale low and behold there is the dining set with 4 in stock contacted them said it was a ecomm team issue on updating website lol still on for same price Aruba fire pit table and 4chairs still available with 4 in stock worst company I’ve had to deal with shocking customer service won’t allow you to speak directly to anyone also the trade name is urban kandi wouldn’t recommend them ad if you have a issue your dealing with a keyboard warrior with zero customer service skills

I bought new leather sofa from this company in June the company have been out twice to try and repair it ,still not happy with the sofa as it’s puddling ,does not look like a new sofa ,someone came out last Friday to be told it’s not a manufacture problem!! Why try twice to repair if it wasn’t?? And to be told nothing else they can do.Disgrace ,sofa was paid in full.would not touch this company.

We got to look around without anyone annoying us, giving us time to make our decisions.

Outstanding Service – Dean is an Absolute Credit to Designer Rooms!

We had such a fabulous experience at Designer Rooms in Uddingston last weekend, thanks to the exceptional customer service we received from Dean.

From the minute we arrived, Dean was friendly, professional and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Nothing was too much trouble, and his brilliant sense of humour made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond without ever making us feel pressured into making a purchase.

In fact, we were so impressed that we returned again this weekend for a second purchase and specifically wanted Dean to look after us again!

It’s not often you receive this level of customer service these days. Dean clearly takes pride in what he does and has a fantastic way with customers. He is an absolute credit to Designer Rooms and thoroughly deserves recognition for the service he provides. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
