Horrible horrible customer service. As others have said they are so slow that by the time they try to ship your product it is back ordered or sold out. Very very hard to contact. Return emails take over a week and phone calls are not returned! DO NOT use!!

I ordered 2 things from the web page, and paid right away. After 3 weeks with no info, i mailed them. They mailed back, fast, that my stuff will be shipped same week. A week later still with no info i wrote them again. and now the stuff where sold out. No info, no service, and no goods.
A bad place for bands to sell their stuff.
