I honestly can't praise this company enough. I ordered bags from them and then decided to have some bags printed. My order wasnt huge but still the customer support offered by all involved was next level and Ruth in sales deserves a special shout out for her quick helpful replies and problem solving when I wanted to slightly complicate matters. They made me feel like I was a valued large customer despite the small order and the bags when they arrived were superbly printed and great quality.

Marcus and Steph at The Clever baggers went above and beyond to turn around a very niche printing project for me in a very quick turnaround.
From my initial call with Steph re the artwork about if it could be done, through to getting everything to them, proof approval and getting it back to me, communication was superb throughout.
Many companies told me it wasn’t doable but these guys made it happen. Thanks so much.

Ordered a personalised tea towel for my daughter's wedding anniversary at fairly short notice. The staff were very helpful throughout the process and were able to turn the order around in time for the anniversary date (which was on the tea towel!).

I have used this company a handful of times and have always had no issue until now. I placed an order just under a month ago, which I received very quickly-thank you. However life happened and I didn’t get the opportunity to open my parcel to check it straight away. I opened the parcel yesterday to note that one item was missing. I phoned customer services who told me to send an email, as I had stated that their “contact us” page was not working and was not afforded the opportunity to deal with my query over the phone. Today I have been told that because I didn’t open the item within 24 hours there is nothing they can do. I’m talking 1 item which I now have to purchase at an expense that is unnecessary. I have been a continued purchaser with this company as a small business. I don’t think that that would have been my response to one of my customers at all!

Very impressed with my tea towels. A lovely company, very professional and I couldn't have been happier with the excellent print quality. I would be very happy to recommend them.

I am a first time user of this company and this was essentially a test purchase as I am looking to expand my craft item that I sell online and at craft fayres. The items arrived on time and are of really good quality offered at a competitive price. So I will be using this company again in the near future once I have worked out what stock levels I need.

The customer service from this company is truly exceptional! Every single member of staff I dealt with throughout the quotation, design and printing process couldn’t have been more helpful.They also made my bags in record time so that I can present them to a special group of ladies at our last meet, before Xmas . I can’t recommend highly enough!

Fabulous printing on a brilliant product and FANTASTIC customer service - If you need something printed fast, give them a call to see what they can do. They really went out of their way to help meet the crazy deadlines I had.

Very impressed with the quality.
There is a good choice of all price points in the ranges.
Communication is very good with confirmations and delivery advice.
Delivery cost is very reasonable indeed and packaging is minimal, plastic free and recyclable.

The aprons are fine, but the service is appalling.

I have used this company before and they didn't have stock this time or last time. I have had to wait for ages for my orders to arrive (almost 6 weeks and I was told it was 3 months if I had waiting for a different size apron!).

When I have explained the orders are urgent there has been no appreciation or apology for the issues it has caused us. The communication has been dreadful with different people telling me different things regarding my order. I was actually only sent my order when I said I wanted a refund!

I won't be using this company again, they make something that should be straightforward very stressful. I have found a supplier that has stock and has made the transaction easy...as it should be!

Quality of the draw string cotton bags I ordered is excellent.
DPD had problems with delivering my order, Sandra at Clever Baggers sorted a re-issue with no fuss and speedy delivery.

I have used this company a couple of times and found the choice and price to be very good. The postage was great value too, the order was received the next day.

Literally stumbled upon this company while searching for small, cotton bags to hold board game tokens.
Was genuinely surprised at the low price for the bags, especially as I wanted seven bags in seven different colours and so didn't really expect too much but took the chance due to the order costing less than ten pounds including postage.
Well, they arrived the day after I ordered them which was fantastic and they are actually really good quality and perfect for what I needed them for.
Will definitely use again.

We have used them now several times for our word game Sproutword, and every time they have been helpful and have rectified small mistakes such as miscounting promptly and with no fuss. Recommend them.

So pleased with my first order from Clever Bagger! Ordered some mail bags on the Thursday morning and received them the following day using the cheapest delivery option. Really pleased with the quality Of the bags and service and delivery were excellent!

Just received a call the day before delivery having orderd 12 days ago for an order I need for sat. Told malfunction issue.... Find a solution!!!! this was a fast track order. Terrible
