Sold unsafe tires.
Sold a friend a "certified" car with winter tires manufactured in 2005. The car had good all seasons on when test drove and he didn't notice the switch when he picked up after purchase, after a tire randomly popped he brought it to a tire shop who informed him he had been wronged.
When he brought the tires back to the car lot they only offered to pay for 1/2 of the effected tire, even though they should not have certified this car with these tires as the allowable age is 10 Yrs old.
This establishment has been incredibly difficult to work with to resolve this issue, and blocks anyone who writes a poor review on their socials to try and bring attention to other potential customers.
