Absolute delightful service
Absolute delightful service! I didn't think I would get approved I was honest from the beginning about my credit score and history, they reassured me. Was very helpful and patient. Very fast process to getting approved. Stayed in contact frequently and answered any questions I had. Helpful with picking a car. Just waiting to hear back to let me know when I can go collect. I was asked personal information bank…
I was asked personal information bank details my drivers licence details. I had a car with another finance company and never failed on my payments the entire time. I was denied any assistance after sending countless emails. A waste of time and I feel I've been scammed by giving access to my bank accounts.

On 10 July 2023, my daughter’s VW Golf Reg number YP64RTV was stolen from my home address and it was put on sale on website of ‘Car Loan Centre Basildon’. I was shocked to see this and on contacting them they told me that they had repossessed the car. Basically, I bought the car on 04/05/23 from a dishonest seller Kayley Rivers. I paid the dishonest lady £7500 for the car, who took a loan from this company, a few days before selling the car.
V5c is on my name, and after stealing (repossession) the car, the car loan centre only keeps me advising to seek help from the police as I have been a victimim of fraud.
A brief review of the situation,
#Car loan centre gave a loan to the dishonest, fraudster, Kayley Rivers and snatched the car from my innocent daughter # car loan centre got the car, dishonest Kayley Rivers robbed my daughter's hard-earned £7500, the police is saying it’s a civil matter!!! So I am losing £7500 after being a victim of fraud and theft, and no one can help me out in this situation in this civilised country!!!!
Thanks to Trust Pilot to provide me this opportunity to express my situation.
I COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH CAR LOAN CENTRE, and extremely unhappy with what they have done by unethical lifting of my innocent daughter’s car. We need no help from you Paul, just return my car for that I paid £7500 to criminal lady seller. It is dispute between you and Kayley Rivers who took HP loan from you. Tell police about her and give my stolen car back. By paying full amount, I have had good title on the car and by lifting the car 🚘 you hinder my legal right. I tell you in the end, this is my car!!

Relatively quick and easy application process. Very helpful in choosing a car that suited our needs.
And it wasn’t long we were driving off in our new car. ££ incentive to collect car was very helpful. Much appreciated and a lot less stressful than other companies we have been with in the past.

I just pick up the car today. I drive 100 miles then the engine check come up on the dash...I spoken to the collection team and they told me that i'll receive an email regardin the collection date to service it properly! Very disappointed!

I dealt with Aleksandra , who was very friendly and helpful . It was my second car with the car loan centre . This company uses their own funds to lend you money & their own cars , the others use a panel of lenders that mostly just decline you . Most of other companies are only brokers & make false promises they simply can’t guarantee, because they have no ££ to lend .I think the car loan centre are great ! They do exactly what they say they can do ! Put you in a nice car ! Aleksandra was great , very professional and very helpfull
