I had a car on finance back in…
I had a car on finance back in September. The whole team were fantastic. Once I received the car unfortunately 6 days later I was involved in a collision that wasn’t my fault and the car was a right off. I was devastated. I was so worried as the car was under finance. When I contacted the car loan centre they were amazing and did everything they could to help me. Once the claim was settled within a couple of weeks I was given another car with no issues whatsoever. I love my car and can’t thank the company enough for all their support. Would definitely highly recommend as a company.

Avoid if you want a working car!
I picked my citroen c4 cactus up and within 3 weeks the engine light was on. I took it to my garage and they said a replacement adblue tank is required and it would need to go to the main dealer to be repaired. I have reached out to warranty, customer services and collections all who don't want to accept the responsibility of selling me a faulty car! We are now over 3 months down the line and the car is still broken! I have asked for direct contact details of the company director but neither sales nor collections department will give me the details. I'm more than happy to pay for a car that's fit for purpose but rectifying the issue doesn't seem to be a priority for this company! Now I have a termination of contract letter and threats to take the car away! I'm currently in the process of speaking with the financial ombudsman and a solicitor because this is just disgusting. If you want a fit for purpose car and excellent customer service then avoid this company like the plague!! None of them actually want to help they all just seem to hit auto response emails which leads to you going round and round in circles!!

We want to assure you that each of our vehicles undergoes thorough checks and receives an MOT from a registered DVSA garage before we deliver, or you collect. However, as with anything mechanical, unexpected issues may arise. We understand that this can be frustrating.
From reviewing your account, I can see that you have been in discussions with your warranty company who have requested that you visit a DVSA registered, third-party garage and send them a report, as part of their policy.
If this process has been followed and they are unable to help you, then we will escalate for approval internally. Unfortunately, we have not received the necessary information and as per our communicated process, this means that we would be unable to rectify the situation.
We would like to assure you that in the circumstance that a contractual agreement has been broken, our policy is to follow a process that includes support and various communications via phone, email and mail. Unfortunately, once this process has been complete with no positive solution, further steps would have to be taken.
We genuinely do want to help those who have struggled to obtain finance whilst maintaining a high standard for our vehicles and customer satisfaction. We do hope that we can continue to work with you to reach a positive outcome.

If considering purchasing a car on…
If considering purchasing a car on finance with this company then I would advise anyone to avoid. The interest on the loan is criminal and should not be allowed in 2024, exploiting customers! The car we received was definitely not to the standard in the description and was awful, paint splattered all over the body of the car and the interior just plain awful. I feel that the company should be investigated by the financial ombudsman for misleading customers on sale of the car and then turning up unannounced taking the car and personal possessions without prior notice or with permission!

Excellent service from the application process to picking up the car. Emily was just brilliant and very honest and clear infact everyone I spoke to couldn't be more helpful and understanding. They also have a brilliant stock of vehicles to choose from.

Good and bad
Sales was good, a-bit slow when it comes to questions after you've paid the deposit. Almost uninterested.
Booked in to collect car, received a call to reschedule as they was missing a part for it. So I wanted to cancel as this has been promised collection. They found the part or it had been delivered 10 minutes later, so said not to worry car is ready to collect.
Drove away, on way home service light came on. Which was a little annoying.
Then a few days later I drove over a pothole, no wheel brace so had to await the aa for two hours, which was also annoying.
After air freshener had warn out there’s a strong smell of wet dog which is ok, just wish this had been handled better not just masked with an air freshener. Will now need a full valet.
Few niggles really, no chase up to see how the vehicle is suited which these could’ve been ironed out.

Aleks was great . Took me months to finnaly chose the right car and she was always happy to help. Car looked better in person than on pictures surprisingly. Paid the handling fee and was collecting the car within 4 days . Very easy process . Would highly recommend Aleks and car loan centre.

Iv had to give one star rating which shouldn’t even be that!!
After buying car off these back in August 2021 Iv had nothing but problems, over £2k spent out my own pocket to be repaired, to be told that in 6-18months time the car would be written off due to the corrode underneath the car!
Still waiting on a new car from over 8 months ago, no apology no nothing from these! Puddles in the car constantly mushrooms growing in the boot all electrics damaged! To the point I have give them the car back!! I have been in contact with CA and loads of other companies that deal with places like this and I have been told that with all the evidence I have I have a good court case on my hands!
But I’m waiting to see what this shambles off a place offer!!
They’re so keen to sell cars that ain’t roadworthy then once they get the sale they don’t give two Fs!!
To the point if I see my old car on the road being driven by someone else! I’ll be following them and letting them no all about the car!!!
Also sell you warranty for the car when half the problems ain’t covered or the garages don’t deal with.
They must pay people to give them good reviews because I can’t see everyone rating them! Unless they have ONLY just bought the cars from them give it months and surly there problems will start popping up!!
Stay well clear from these!!
