Dirty, poor communication, do not recommend
I arrived at this property late in the evening with my partner and young child and was shocked by the condition of the apartment. It was completely unhygienic and not fit to stay in. Issues included dog hair on the bedding and in the bathroom, flies in the bathroom, faeces under the toilet seat, dirty kitchen surfaces and fridge, stains and sand on the sofa, and a strong smell of damp throughout.
We felt it was unsafe to stay, so we left around midnight and had to find alternative accommodation at short notice with a child.
The property manager refused to issue a refund and repeatedly said they were “waiting on CCTV” but never provided any footage, a provider name, or any proof despite multiple requests over several weeks.
In the end, I had to raise a Section 75 claim with my bank, and the bank refunded me in full - not the property. That alone speaks volumes.
This was a stressful, disappointing experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
