We had an excellent experience with Blueground

We had an excellent experience with Blueground during our long stay in Madrid. The apartment itself was fantastic — clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. Everything from the furnishings to the kitchen supplies and general upkeep made it feel like a real home rather than just a temporary rental. Whenever we needed anything, the maintenance and customer service teams were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful.
What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was Salma. She was absolutely outstanding every step of the way. From the beginning of our tenancy to more complicated situations later on, she handled everything with professionalism, empathy, and incredible efficiency.
In particular, during the very stressful period when Blueground exited the Spanish market and we unexpectedly had to end our contract early and find a new apartment, Salma went above and beyond to support us. At the same time, we were also dealing with a very difficult and abusive landlord situation, which made the transition even more overwhelming. Salma and the management team consistently supported us, guided us through the process, communicated clearly, and did everything possible to make an incredibly stressful situation manageable.
Her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine care made a huge difference to us personally, and we are extremely grateful for all the help we received. Despite the unexpected circumstances, the level of support and professionalism we experienced left a very positive impression overall.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Blueground, and especially want to thank Salma and the management team for their exceptional service and support. We look forward to staying with Blueground again.

Perfect

We rented a furnished condo for four months for my daughter and her two roommates while they attended a Tesla training program in Long Beach. For us, location and safety were the top priorities—and this place exceeded our expectations.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, which gave us so much peace of mind. The condo itself was absolutely breathtaking—beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything they needed to feel comfortable and at home.

One of the biggest highlights was the incredible view. Watching the marina and the Queen Mary from the living room and balconies felt like a dream. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the movies, and the beach.

Overall, the experience was truly amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for their stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and stunning views.

Both my stays with Blueground have been good

I have used Blueground twice for month long apartment stays.
Both times I had a good experience from beginning to end.
Both apartments were nice and completely functional and also had comfortable beds which is important!

What I like about Blueground the most…

What I like about Blueground the most is the simplicity; you just find an apartment inside the app and pay for it like any other simple good. I also appreciate that they maintain strict standards for their interiors. The design is consistent across all their apartments—always very cozy, modern, and high-quality. It is great knowing exactly what to expect regardless of which unit you book.

They cancelled my booking 3 weeks ahead…

They cancelled my booking 3 weeks ahead of its start. I booked 3 months in advanced.

Edit They moved me to a comparable unit but I had to pay a higher cost

Uncertain service but a nice apartment

I leased an apartment in Chicago from Blueground for the month of March, 2026. It was a beautiful apartment, nicely furnished and well stocked with all initial necessary items. It was within walking distance of where I needed to do research and I had on my own found inexpensive parking nearby. Then, just over a week in, I received a letter under my door from management of the building stating that Blueground was two months delinquent in making payment and that I would need to move out. Blueground also contacted me by email stating that I was going to have to move to another unit. I am 82 years old and certainly did not want to move, and, in the end Blueground never came up with another unit. The management of the building kindly let me stay for no additional charge for the remainder of the month, but they changed the lock, gave me a key and asked me when I left to leave the key in the manager’s office, which I did, and not to give it to Blueground. Thus Blueground had no access to clean the apartment—I purchased the necessary items, including a mop—and cleaned myself. Now I have asked for my security deposit of $500 to be returned (by all rights, the cleaning fee should be returned too). It was supposed to be returned within roughly 14 days after I vacated the apartment. I was informed by Blueground that the deposit had been returned on April 24th. After further contact with the company, my security deposit was returned,

Just what I needed

The whole process was easy and the apartment was exactly as described and perfect for my needs. The quality of the pillows and towels could have been better but I was very satisfied.
