Took 2 hours to register as a home-owner to list my property, answered many questions. Still no listing. Contacted customer service, you need 5 listings minimum to be a client. Can't you tell me this before I loose 2 hours to setup the account?!

There was no water at home, so I had to wash up at the subway station, and I didn't get any compensation for it.

I am an unit owner in Istanbul, Türkiye. My unit's code is IST-1360. Blueground confirmed that after 31 May 2026, they would no longer manage or operate our unit. In that same email, a revised payment schedule was provided, delaying (2 months) the rental payments originally due under our contract:
April 2026 rental payment – scheduled for 20 May 2026
May 2026 rental payment – scheduled for 20 June 2026
After this email, we were unable to reach anyone at Blueground. They have completely stopped responding while still owing me two months’ rent, as well as an additional two months’ deposit collected from the tenant.
As a result, I will be taking this matter to court.
Please be careful when dealing with this company. They may appear professional at first, but my experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
The reservation concerns an apartment in Zurich at CHF 3000 per month for a period of one year.
Major disappointment. When we arrived, the apartment was filthy: M&M's and food remnants on the floor, dust everywhere, crumbs all over the kitchen, mold on the walls, and a toilet brush in a disgusting state. Clearly, no cleaning had been done between tenants.
The worst part is Blueground's response: they sent a cleaning lady equipped with… a cloth. She stayed 30 minutes wiping tables that were already clean, without addressing the actual problems. Zero effort to make things right.
As for the mold, we had to push for a long time and literally debate with them because they tried to blame it on us(although I told them I was asthmatic and that it was suffocating me at night and that it was unbearable) . We had to provide evidence before they finally agreed to send someone to deal with it. To their credit, it was eventually fixed — but it should never have been that much of a fight.
As for the shared facilities, one of the two washing machines in the laundry room has been broken for months. My neighbors have been contacting them regularly — nothing gets done. And the cherry on top: we've now been without hot water for 4 days.
I'm giving 2 stars because, to be fair, the customer service team can be helpful for smaller requests. They're understanding if rent is a day or two late, and they made a nice gesture when my laundry card was lost. But when it comes to the big stuff — cleanliness, maintenance, basic comfort — it falls way short.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience booking through Blueground in Dubai.
The apartment itself was managed by StayShort / AIRDXB, and from the moment problems started, I informed Blueground multiple times through the day. While their support team did respond, the main issue was the lack of timely intervention and accountability despite being fully aware of the situation.
The apartment was not ready at check-in time because cleaning had not even been completed yet. I spent hours waiting with my luggage while repeatedly contacting both the operator and Blueground for updates and assistance.
There were also serious operational issues, including:
* missing move-in/check-in documentation required by the building;
* a non-working access code when I finally tried to enter the apartment;
* significant delays and lack of coordination from the operator.
Once inside, the apartment condition was unacceptable:
* poor cleaning standards,
* hair on the bathroom wall,
* dirt in the kitchen,
* a clogged shower drain that flooded the bathroom,
* leaking shower,
* loose toilet seat,
* and an extremely noisy bedroom AC unit that made it almost impossible to sleep.
What disappointed me most was that Blueground was informed multiple times throughout this entire process, yet there was no effective escalation, no proactive resolution, and no real accountability toward the guest experience.
When booking through a global platform like Blueground, customers expect proper vetting of operators and timely intervention when serious issues occur. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.
I strongly believe Blueground should better monitor the quality of operators listed on their platform and act much faster when guests face serious check-in and apartment condition problems.

Everything was fine just it was hard to find the place where the keys were stored but at the end we finally got them.

Blueground was easy to deal with and reliable. When we had a problem with the lock the building fixed it quickly. Ditto for the sheets. Starting and leaving were very easy operations. I would recommend Blueground as a trusted site. My only issue was the rent for the apartment was doubled from March to April. That was the only drawback. The building was very well managed. I give it 5 stars.

Do not trust this company !!
They took over $30K from me then immediately canceled the rental contract and won’t return the money.
No misunderstanding here - they acknowledged in writing that they owe me a refund but refuse to pay it after several weeks.
Having to litigate now to try to get it back
This is a horrible company who will take your money
Do not trust them !

Property owner from Türkiye.
Promised rental payments from Blueground Türkiye remain unpaid despite repeated written follow-ups and formal legal notices sent to both local and global teams.
Communication has largely stopped while the company continues operating internationally.
I hope this issue is addressed transparently and responsibly.
Perfect apartment everting like new high speed internet

Everything great, there were some inconveniences that were not resolved quickly enough. The building changed access code and it took days for the agency to recover it.

Excellent location. Clean, nice apartment. Everything well prepared with lots of extras for move-in. Great customer service when I needed a bit of assistance to add temp parking. Great experience so far!

They literally forgot to pay the electric bill in my apartment. So I came home from a week away to a dark apartment and a fridge/freezer full of rotten food. And a smell I could not get rid of.
Support was very difficult to reach. Fortunately my building staff was amazing. And report this was not the first time it had happened.
Was told I would be refunded the enormous garbage bag of food I had to throw out and the cleaning. But 2 months later still waiting.
Sketchy operation.
2 stars not 1 because the building staff was so fantastic (not BlueGround employees) and when I said I needed more towels BlueGround was actually fast to act.
