I have been a customer of the Whaley Bridge Bike Factory for almost eleven years. During that time I have experienced polite yet friendly and efficient service from all within at all times. I have found that their advice and product knowledge is consistently reliable and their bike servicing is prompt and efficient.

Some years ago I took in my then 22 year old GIANT for major repairs to its transmission, which to my shame was in a sorry state. The Bike Factory transformed my beloved bike, brought it “back to life” and made it as good as new. Three or four years ago I decided to invest in an E-bike and after some thorough advice and a test ride I settled on a Batribike Delta Plus. This bike has been a delight ever since. Thanks for the advice lads!

As recently as this week I had some work carried out on my Delta Plus. Not surprisingly, this was done incredibly quickly and I’m delighted with the result.

Very competitive price for a quality product however while the web site stated free delivery for the item I was charged £20 due to it being large. I was informed that it was a “Google” problem ?

Received my Specialized Allez E5 2025 bike (which is great) within the time frame quoted at time of purchase, no need to speak with anyone as the bike was delivered via Bike services uk on time and ready to ride. All at a fantastic price.

From initial enquiry to delivery the process was straightforward. Regular updates on delivery etc were also provided.

The bike factory's customer service provided a rapid response to my enquiry about a repair of Assos bib shorts after I have crashed and ripped them. Assos have kindly refunded the retailer and I got a new pair in no time even though I have crashed a week after the 30 day crash replacement period. Big up for both bike factory and Assos.

Supplied a product that was out of srock everywhere else at a keen price with excellent delivery timescale.

Absolutely amazing experience with The Bike Factory. Flynn and the rest of the team treated me so well from start to finish, everything was catered for perfectly and the customer service was genuinely top class.

I’m absolutely loving the bike, and even when there was a small hiccup with the Orbea factory handlebars, the team handled it brilliantly and accommodated me with even better handlebars without any hassle. Huge thanks to Pete and Carl as well for all their help throughout the process.

Brought a Specialized Rockhopper Sport for our son via the website and according to the manufacturer's size chart. Delivery was white glove which was great. Unfortunately the bike was too small when our son sat on it. Called the shop and spoke to Finn who said to fetch it into the shop and we could swap for another size. Greeted at the shop by Carl who was extremely helpful and swapped the bike for the correct size with a small wait while they set the new one up for us. Really helpful staff, lovely shop. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.
