Superb service from this company. I ordered a pair of their short socks a couple of weeks ago as my ankles are always swollen and most socks make them much worst. The socks I received within 2 days of ordering them were so comfy I didn't want to wear any others, so I ordered 3 more pairs.
Unfortunately I must have ticked the wrong box and 3 pairs of white ones arrived, when I had intended to order black ones. I rang the company up and they could not have been more helpful and kind.
It's hard to fully explain what a huge difference a comfy pair of socks can make when you struggle with so many things on a daily basis, but I am really grateful.

Fabulous! Bought one set of 3 after reading all the positive reviews, and very quickly ordered a second set. Most comfortable, non-moving knickers ever! Going to order some different colours too. Brilliant!

I have always been a sloggi fan but this company and its good reviews caught my eye. I am so glad I did date I say it they are better! Really comfortable and no wedgies! Seamless lines and they wash really well. Really impressed with the speed of order as well. Now I am busy replacing all my underwear from this company! Brilliant

My new short socks are just perfect! So comfortable and such a good fit .I ordered 6 pairs in white and will be ordering more in black soon . Is there any chance of short ones in navy,as well ? My long ones in navy ,black ,grey and beige not forgetting my pink ones are so good ! Let's hope you can replicate the colours in the short versions. Many thanks,Helen!

Ordered yesterday afternoon, arrived this morning via royal mail - less than 24 hours - superb customer service.
Wide fit knee highs are perfect for my needs. Had black previously for autumn & winter, now a pack of natural for spring & summer. Would highly recommed garments and this company.

Amazing customer service after I ordered the wrong size comfort bras, and wanted to return them. Not only could I return them, but with help of Helen I now know what size I should have ordered, and even got sent a sample bra in that size, that fitted perfectly! Super comfortable, but still with a great degree of support, and no lumps and bumps on my back. I ended up ordering a great value 3 pack after having tried the sample bra, and they arrived beautifully wrapped. Love the red, green and ballet (soft pink) combo. In the past I have ordered comfortable pants and what I call my chub rub shorts, and they are just brilliant too!
Great product and a customer service that is amazing!

The knickers are so thin that you can easily see your fingers through them. The quality is poor and the shape doesn’t bounce back.

I ordered the seamless knickers and were amazed that they stretched so much and fitted, and not only that they were so comfortable. It’s lovely to have a large size yet they don’t look voluminous 😂
On the first wearing I did have a problem with the Tena popping off, but after one wash this didn’t happen again. As I don’t put them in the tumble dryer, not sure that you should anyway, they seemed to dry very quickly. Another bonus is I have a hernia and this really helps to support it.
The company are very helpful and respond to any query promptly.

I HAVE SHOPPED WITH BIG BLOOMERS FOR A FEW YEARS. THEY ARE RELIABLE & EFFICIENT.PRODUCTS ARE HIGH QUALITY & WASH VERY WELL.
I BUY TIGHTS,POP SOCKS(comfortable with wide bands at the top). &KNICKERS.(v comfy). I dont buy bras as they are not as uplifting as I like.

I bought a pack of anklets for my mum. She has very swollen legs and feet due to oedema. The anklets are soft and comfortable and do not squeeze her legs. They wash well and so far she has not put them in the tumble dryer so they have kept their shape and not shrunk! I would recommend them to anyone who struggles to get socks for swollen legs. Easy to order and quick delivery

What an amazing little company this is.
I telephoned a few days ago and was assisted by Suzie then two days ago by Helen. Today I was able to place an order via Helen who made my day really because she had been able to advise me on the right product size for my 92 year old mum who had never worn these types of items before. One item had arrived yesterday and it was so perfect. My mum was comfortable all day. (the fuller bra ). Helen also asked about my mother and that was so kind. All in all, the most excellent clothing/lingerie , extra wide knee highs and basically I will always use this company. I agree with another reviewer that the quality of the clothing is excellent too but so are the staff and each time I received the orders the next day so it is efficient . Excellent guys. I bought a pair of tights & they are so comfortable no wrinkles around the ankles & no cutting into the top of your legs you actually forget you have tights on these are fantastic & I will buy again
