A beautiful charm
The charm is beautiful. It arrived promptly and it was perfect, but the small box it was packed in was completely broken. Although my charm was ok, it could easily have been damaged and I would recommend different packaging.

Hi Jeanne, thanks for your review. Regarding the box, this is a plastic box given at no extra cost to protect the charms, its expected to be discarded once the charm arrives. Not really sure why this should affect our star rating? Seems a little unfair, its done its job, protected the contents during transit.

I am sorry you are not happy with your order, however, I am struggling to understand why you would order a sized item & then say its too small? You have chosen not to use your name but I am guessing you are referring to the Silver Plated bracelet, that clearly states its 19cm. This fits most people and is not small, its a medium ranged size bracelet, the most common bought. So having received your order and realising you have ordered the wrong size, instead of contacting us, you have chosen to give us 3 stars...for your mistake. This is why small businesses are disappearing, please think before you review.
