After placing a couple orders already with TBS through TikTok shop, I am over the moon with their products and service. My last order was accidentally mis-packaged and I received the wrong product however through messaging TBS and talking to Aein, the correct product is on its way out and he’s gone over and above with helping me. I cannot recommend TBS enough with their amazing products but also their amazing customer service! If all team members are like Aein then they really have got a great team. Aein is a credit to the company :)
