Was in Screen 7, extremely cold, couldn’t find a member of staff tried calling the number and no answer. Had to go the toilet and was vile, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When the trailers were on the main ceiling lights were flickering and gave me a headache.
I believe the cinema is great. But I never got to experience it. I bought my tickets on line. Tickets not received. Emails unanswered. Phone goes to voicemail. £48 wasted. This cinema may be great but the customer service when things go wrong is shocking, non existant after sales service.
