Buyer has been provided with the tracking number showing the product as delivered at the correct address he provided in the first place when ordering. Calling us "bro" into our email messages certainly wasn't much of help when we explained that he could call his post office and make a claim for a lost item - since the item was showing as delivered through 3 different tracking sites on our end. Buyer was completely impolite and out of line.
Everything from the support and website was excellent and easy to use. The products came very quickly and we have a very happy baby using the products we bought. Thank you!
