I found the handwritten personal message on the card absolutely fantastic. It shows genuine appreciation for the client and makes the whole experience feel much more personal and special. Without a doubt, I will choose The Alpha Men again next time

**Poor delivery tracking and unhelpful…
**Poor delivery tracking and unhelpful customer service**
I placed my order on Sunday, 5 July, and it was dispatched on Monday, 6 July.
The CIRRO tracking has shown no movement since 7 July. I contacted The Alpha Men and was told that the tracking had “recently been updated” and that the parcel should arrive “within the next few days”. However, the tracking information had not changed at all.
I replied on Friday, 10 July, requesting the parcel’s actual location, the local carrier and a specific delivery estimate, but I have not received an answer. In the meantime, I have received two promotional emails and an invitation to review their service on Trustpilot.
I will update this review if the company provides a concrete answer and the order is delivered. At present, the delivery information and customer service are inadequate.

Diet supplements
They do not deliver purchased items and won't return emails. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but do not receive any response or offer to fix the problem.
Do not deal with these people. I have reported them to government agencies and my bank to force this issue further.
