The part arrived at the store two days…
The part arrived at the store two days late. There was no notification from you that the delivery would be delayed. The car sat in the workshop for two days longer, which resulted in higher repair costs. I rate your service the worst.

I saw seven people at work, but onlyc one at the regester. So tok some time to get help. When i geat help they was nice and i got my producte. I ordered from the webside and it tok ten days including the weekend. I didn't hear any thing before i got the package, about it beeng sent or something. Otherwise it was easy to order, and i got the right product without any problems.

We can see that the store was busy at the time of your visit, and only one employee was available at the register while other staff were assisting customers elsewhere in the store and warehouse. This can occasionally lead to short waiting times during peak periods.

Bought everything I needed to do…
Bought everything I needed to do maintaince on my vehicle. Yet the oil was to be delivered on the 28th. Went to pick it up on the 29th only two liters were delivered now I have to drive 45 minutes to see if it arrived on monday the 1st, as there is no way to call the Jessheim location directly. No I am not satisfied with the communication from Thansen, otherwise I could has saved myself the time and expense of making 1.5 hour round trip from Grua to Jessheim and back.
