I love looking round this ‘Toy shop’ I’m in heaven looking at such an amazing choice of tools. The safest option is not to browse, I always find things I’d forgotten about and buy way too much.
Use regular and would totally recommend, very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Great place when you need them!
I work around 250 yards from this place. I have used them 3-4 times in the last year when I really needed help- office supplies of hand sanitiser, some hazard tape, a funnel for liquid and today a car key battery. Not big purchases but key to a job we needed help on. Always seem to have what you want, everyone in there knowledgeable and really helpful. Thanks!

Fantastic service and advice
Fantastic service and advice! Needed to drill some stainless steel and wasn't sure if I needed to spend a LOT of money on some Dormer drills. Janet offered alternative lower cost drills and although I was sceptical, they worked brilliantly and remained as sharp afterwards. Oh, and they arrived the next day!

WOW .... Incredible! A real gem
The website is great, even better when I purchased from them via the website. Prompt delivery and very good pricing.
Recently we found ourselves on holiday in Rye, so we went and visited as not too far away.
WOW ...... Incredible! A real gem.
I only wanted to be nosy and ended up spending rather too much. New boots, new workwear, gloves, estwing hammer, drill bits and all "off the shelf" and at internet type prices!
It's stores like this one which we should support - they keep themselves to themselves whilst doing an incredible job for all trades and judging by the number of customers in the shop, trades enjoy shopping there too.
I for one am going back again without hesitation.

Great shop staff a really helpful and actually know what they are selling. Good choice of products and the car park is right outside the front doors which is helpful when you're carrying a router table.
