My order hasn’t arrived and I was told 3-5 days

Wonderful pan set so nice I got another set for my daughter nothing sticks

I have problems with a dual mop I bought, gave an earlier negative review after trying to get in contact with them through their website and getting no response. After the review I did receive an email from Sam at customer service(22nd July ) saying they wished to resolve the issue, however, after 4 attempts of trying to reply to his email, no response again. Again NO customer service.

Received my h20hd tried yet for the first time and unfortunately it does not work it just buzz’s so disappointing

Ítem delivered around 16/8/25. Tried to return Tuesday 19/8/25 using the returns procedure. One week on
now 26/8/25 and still no response.
(I telephoned the order line and was told Thane had no customer service telephone number and it could take up to 72 hours to receive a response.)
I was told not to make another request for return (on Web Site)
WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE??
As I said in my Title THE RETURNS
PROCEDURE IS AN UTTER SHAMBLES.
I am now left with a machine worth over £250 in value which I cannot use for medical reasons.
NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Received a message saying product being sent back to thane and to contact them to find out more but there is no phone number to call and no way to get in contact and no idea what has happened to the product

Very quick delivery and lovely product

Bought another H2O HD as our last one gave up, this time went for the bundle including the buffer, however I am a bit disappointed with the design as to change from mop head to the buffer entails undoing a screw which literally goes into the plastic body of both, i simply cant see these lasting with frequent changing would have been much better to have a quick release button on that note i cant see the buffer being used that often. Also dont get the free gifts added by buying the package option better off adding separately during checkout

I guess those who have given positive review have never tried to return anything. The telephone number listed doesn't exist. Their web site returns process goes around in circles. They promise to send a return code but never do. As they expected I gave up and have been lumbered with a useless unboxed item.

Steam cleaner is excellent, performs better than expected.
Reason for 3 star rating relates to customer interaction with Thane.
Browsed the site and placed item in the basket for a while while considering purchase. During this time received a WhatsApp message pushing me to continue with the purchase despite the site stating my details would only be used to contact by mail or text regarding order confirmation.
Having responded to ask why WhatsApp was being used to contact me, received no reply from Thane - message was read.
Following order and receipt of item sent a WhatsApp back to the original one received from Thane requesting details of some additional accessories having difficulty locating. Sent via WhatsApp as this appeared to be the method of communication favoured by the company. Again message was read but remains unanswered.
Would have rated 5 stars if not for the poor communication and customer service.
In addition item arrived a day later than quoted during ordering.

I haven’t received my order yet and that was ordered 17th july
