this company is terrible! I spent $500 on a piece of equipment that is missing parts and I cannot reach anybody to help me

Scam company who take your money but do not deliver the goods

Product used once then failed and you have to wait days for a response if they even bother as seen comments they don't respond!
Product just grunts on switch on yet heats up but doesn't produce steam! Tried cleaning as it's been stored away but shouldn't need 2 after using once? Also very heavy yet sold as lightweight?
Awaiting the comments they can't help as purchased by deceased parent and I don't know details!

It's great but not as easy to use as it should. But still we like it!

I ordered the HD Mop on the 14th December 2025 and it is now the 5th January 2026 and still no mop. I've messaged Thane twice but no reply and there doesn't seem to be a number to call. Will have to go to PayPal to get my money back. AVOID

I haven't received my order yet. I will allow for the Christmas and New Year holiday so seems strange to ask for a review at this time.
Edit: as soon as the holiday period was over my order was despatched.

Despatched very quickly despite christmas time . Pleased with steamer , yet to use all the attachments but happy with purchase.

Ordered 2 bike nooks, insufficient height adjustment for storage of our 2 large mountain bikes with 29” wheels. No option to purchase extension extrusions to increase the height. Very disappointing.

The product is brilliant. Very difficult to purchase over the phone. Needs a longer electric cable. This is the 4th unit I have purchased and this version is the best of them.

I've had my steamer for about 2 months and the water tank has cracked and become brittle and leaking water everywhere looking at previous reviews this is a common fault but also a costly one to replace at £30 a time. The fault is around the hole where you fill up and put the bung. Its shocking at this rate within a year you would have paid for a new mop twice over on tanks. I would seriously recommend looking at other products before this one. Don't waste your money

Bought 2 H20 HDs and they stopped steaming- tried everything from their website and instructions to fix it, I then tried online help which did not work either.

Because BOTH mysteriously happened out of warranty, after 1 year, I have to fork for new ones.

Will be going elsewhere now.

I’ve purchased 2 steamers and both have broken after a few uses. Brilliant steamer but unfortunately have issues. Won’t be buying a third

I purchased an Orbitrek, my second one, It took over 6 weeks for the company to respond. Due to it being faulty I cancelled the order and it took another over 4 weeks to get a refund. I purchased one from Argos, a different buying experience. I will not be buying from Thane again.
However the product is great.

Can't speak to a person. Used my product twice and stopped working. No help. This is my third mop so I'm a returning customer (loyal customer) no joy with customer service.

Thane make it really hard to contact them regarding faulty items.

why is it impossible to contact anybody

Purchased the H0 Dual Buff and it’s driving me nuts, the right side pad comes off continuously and then takes off on its own, and scratches, I see it’s been reduced, I’m not surprised

The item was a good fit and worked on the model I have although it was black instead of lime green to mach my original product.
