Worst company ever. 🤬🤬🤬

Worst company ever. Totally hopeless. I was given a date on the 2 nd of June to change my rear scooter tire which was done incorrectly. Then I had to make another booking which was given on the 11th of June. Waited more then 2.5 hours then asked about my scooter. Initially was told 1 hours and when I asked they said next week. I said you must be joking. People don't have time for this bullshit. Then I called customer service and asked them to refund the amount of 599 kr they charged me for a shitty job. They said no and gave me a new date to fix the situation. They dont care about customer service at all. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in Copenhagen. Hopeless. Stay well away and find other ways for your needs. 🙏

Highly recommend

A wonderful experience working with Mads and his team. They were punctual and very professional in a time sensitive situation. All members of the company worked together to help make sure all work was completed quickly and to a high quality. Thanks for your commitment to your customer :D.
