BE AWARE if you want your order to arrive use someone else as these clowns are useless. Won't answer communications. Order left Victoria to Gold Coast no problems, Then over next week went from Gold Coast to Brisbane and return. Stayed at Gold Coast - then nothing after 3 weeks. Read other reviews.

These are the instruction I left with Curtains on the Net not knowing at the time they have no control over their couriers.
"As I live in a rural area the post office does not deliver parcels, they go to the post office in Cobargo. I am happy for the parcel to be left on the front door verandah. Please do not leave it on a fence post as others have done. The courier can drive to the house or walk from the gate, it is not far."
The driver was either lazy or just incompetent as the parcel was left on the fence post and we were home. I told Curtains I may not buy again as I am so disappointed with the delivery which I paid $30.00 for.

Advisors are impatient, rude and extremely unprofessional, I had an agent use the word "crap" on the phone to me, not particularly offensive however extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend if this is hoe they conduct themselves

We have recently renewed for a further 24 months through TFM who have looked after our business mobile needs exceptionally well. We have 35+ staff with mobile and additional application data needs and keeping them connected is vital. Diane Dolman in particular often goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, we're looking forward to the next 24 months

Didn’t get the service I was expecting when asking for upgrade advice. Looking elsewhere now.

sometimes trying to fix a phone issue can feel like going down a wormhole into a dark place of soulless bot chat and endless ear aching queue music but NOT with TFM!! A superb service from Debbie who was instantly contactable on her direct mobile number and personal email with solutions and advice from start to finish. What I thought would be a ghastly experience was amazingly easy. I wholeheartedly recommend this team.

We had an issue with our broadband service on site, so we arranged for one mobile number to have unlimited calls/data/text, this only took a few minutes to do, and there was no minimum period.
