Great Customer experience
I had serveral questions about compatibility and contacted the customer service organzation. The response time was impressive and the responses very clear. Based on their feedback I then bought the appropriate product and installed it. Very easy to install. Everything worked in 5 minutes. They know what customer service means!

This company response is really great and they care about their customers. I broke a USB stick for my Klimalogg Pro that isn’t available at resellers anylonger and the company promised to check if they can help me by sending a spare part free of charge. What a great response that is not common to face these days.

I made a request for the substitution…
I made a request for the substitution (after more than 9 years) of the remote sensor for a commercial meteo station.
TFA was very fast and, although the original remote sensor is not anymore in production, they pointed me to an alternative controller that is compatible with my "old" meteo station.
