In the Mines game, players can choose the exact number of mines before starting a round. The game cannot change the selected number of mines after the game is started. In addition, all of our games are provably fair, meaning every round’s outcome can be independently verified to ensure that it has not been manipulated.

Regarding support - we take this very seriously. Every support ticket is answered as quickly as possible, typically within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on volume. Our support team is always available to help with account verification, gameplay questions, or reviewing specific games if something seems unclear.

If you believe there was an issue with a specific game round, please contact our support team and provide the game ID or timestamp, and we will gladly investigate it for you.

Edit:
After reviewing your ticket - our logs show that the game was started with 24 mines selected, which significantly changes the gameplay and risk level compared to selecting 1 mine. Because the round was played with the settings that were entered at the start of the game, the outcome followed the normal game mechanics.

Our support team explained that what you experienced may have appeared confusing on the interface, but the game itself was not altered and no additional mines were added by the system. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund bets when the game is played with the selected settings, even if the number of mines was entered unintentionally. While we understand your frustration, leaving a 1-star review does not change the outcome of the round or our refund policy.

All trades on our platform require full user confirmation through official Steam trade offers - nothing is ever taken without approval.

All of our games, including Coinflip and Upgrader, are provably fair. Results are generated using cryptographic methods/random.org and cannot be changed or manipulated. We provide built-in verification tools so anyone can independently verify every bet.

Losing multiple rounds in a row is statistically possible in any 50/50 game — streaks happen. The upgrader animation does not affect outcomes; results are determined instantly when the bet is placed.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback.

You can withdraw items, but there are a couple of requirements on Steam’s side that need to be met first. To withdraw successfully, your Steam account must:

* Have Steam trading enabled (no trade bans, restrictions, or new-account limitations)

* Have a valid Steam trade link set in your account settings

If trading isn’t enabled or the trade link is missing/incorrect, withdrawals won’t go through. Once those are set up properly, item withdrawals work as expected.
