Task 1: uploading large lists of contacts. CSV list prepared by Textrequest, for $10.00, was defective because dots and commas were not removed from the names, and no alert that they would defect the reference listings.

Call in support: failure.

Online "tech support": defective.

My experience with Text Request has been excellent. The platform is user-friendly and has significantly improved our customer communication through SMS. The support team is responsive and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. One area for improvement could be enhancing integration with more CRM systems to further streamline operations. Text request is a great way to communicate with our guests. Its a large platform that we got to choose our own phone number, our main office number, so it works great for our guests. There are so many features such as templates for easy sending, message scheduling, and we can keep track of who sends what message. Text Request is great!

Text Request is very easy to use and very user friendly. It has all the extra you would look for when setting up a texting software. We have templates, keywords, emojis, attachments, payment options, and so much more! The customer service is extremely helpful and quick to follow back up. I would highly recommend their services/software. :)

Text Request allows my agency to communicate internally and externally with ease. It is necessary to reach people the way they are most comfortable and Text Request makes that possible. We rely on the Group Text feature regularly to save time and allow conversations to be tracked in a centralized location.

I work with multiple offices across the US that all utilize Text Request as their main texting platform. It's intuitive and smooth.

If anyone is planning on using the TexRequest.com apps on an iPhone or iPad let me save you the big mistake of going with textrequest.com. The apps are absolutely horrific and you will be restarting your iPhone and iPad 2 to 4 times a day. They have done absolutely nothing to help with any customer service relating in this problem. I’ve been told there’s nothing wrong with the apps and I just need to reinstall them. Been there done that, and it does absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I’m the only one in my company that has to use this service on my iPhone and iPad. Save yourself a lot of grief and aggravation and find a company that actually wants to do customer service.
