Absolutely pathetic customer service. Ordered an item and tried to cancel it a couple of days later but to no avail. Eventually got the items delivered and now they are telling me it’s not eligible for refund. I’ve spend all day emailing customer service and they are plain rude.
Bought a set of Tesla Model Y 19" wheel covers for a good price and had delivery within 3 days. This is my second purchase from this company and I have found them to have a good selection , good prices and good service.
Don’t trust this seller as they are giving misleading information on their web page and don’t care about your appeal. It is always your fault if you don’t get what you assumed you ordered
Placed an order on the 16th December and I am still awaiting delivery.
I messaged Teslary before Christmas and they were going to sort out apparently.
No response since then and I have sent numerous messages since with the latest being the 5th January and no response received.

This company presents itself as a premium supplier of Tesla accessories, but the products I received were cheap, low-quality imports from China with all-Chinese packaging and no instructions. When I requested a refund under the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period, they unlawfully refused. I returned the items to the address listed on their own website, only for the parcel to be returned with a notice stating that the business does not exist at that location. This operation is misleading at best, and at worst appears deliberately deceptive.
