Very Poor at processing new Cash ISA transfers
I tried to move my Tesco Bank Variable Rate Cash ISA to one of their fixed Cash ISA products. Rather than this being possible electronically i had to fill in paper forms and post the transfer to Tesco Bank. After 4 weeks Tesco had still not done the transfer. The help desk said they were dealing with a backlog. In the end I asked them to cancel the transfer. I subsequently applied for a Cash ISA elsewhere which was done electronically within 3 working days.
