I recently bought a packet of 6 braeburn apples from Tesco Culverhouse Cross. Each was soft and brown. This isn't the first time I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of their fruit/veg... See more

I don't know what is going on at Tesco…
I don't know what is going on at Tesco but I just tried to do an online order and 5 out of 10 items have been 'taken out of their range 'they message me. I have placed online orders for ages but now I will definitely have to check out other grocery shops as they seem to be discontinuing all my favourite items . Does anyone know why they are discontinuing so many well known items and trying to get you to buy their own (inferior according to the ones I tried!) products.
Best supermarket
Ive been shopping at tesco 1st in store but pass 15 years or so online every week for me tesco is the best supermarket for me
Filled my car with fuel at Tescos
Filled my car with fuel at Tescos, Atherstone and was served by a young female with no manners, no interaction or customer skills. Not a hello, please or thankyou. I had my club card ready for scanning and she still asked if I had one. I struggled to read the card reader as the price was not clear due to the dullness of the screen, she just stared at me with no offer of assistance. I was waiting for my receipt and again she just stared at me and said do want your receipt. Her manner and how she came across was so unprofessional. When asked for her name she asked why and refused. From previous observation other members of staff wear name tags which also state "happy to help". I returned to the kiosk and asked for the name of the manager which she did not know who was on duty and then said "have a nice day" on my leaving. I visited the store and spoke to the Store Manager who was helpful, apologetic and took my comments on board.
Tesco Pharmacy Wokingham
Tesco Pharmacy Wokingham - I needed advice on a medical problem and Kharan the Pharmacist on duty couldn’t have been more helpful with his professional knowledge and recommendations.
I have sought his advice on a few occasions and his customer approach and attention has always been exemplary, more like the old fashioned service one used to get in small Chemists and not expected from a super store. The whole team are also very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Decline in Quality at Tesco Superstore Sparks Outrage
I can't believe what happened to me during my last trip to Tesco at Streatham Common. It's been my go-to supermarket for years – a place I always trusted for quality products. But this visit left me feeling shocked and disheartened.
I picked up a tub of what was meant to be premium Greek yoghurt, excited for a refreshing snack. When I opened it at home, I was horrified to find it covered in green mould. I just stood there, staring in disbelief. This was not just disappointing; it felt like a breach of trust. I've always relied on Tesco for their quality, but at that moment, it felt like they had completely let me down.
As if that wasn't enough, when I dug deeper into my shopping bag, I found rotten apples, hiding amongst the other groceries when I opened the package. What kind of quality control lets that happen? I decided to take these items back to the store, hoping for understanding or at least an apology. Instead, I was met with indifference – no apology, no acknowledgement of my inconvenience. It felt like they didn't care about their customers at all.
But the issues didn't stop there. I had also picked up Tesco's own-brand cat litter, thinking it would be a good deal. Instead, I found it to be practically dust. My cats started sneezing, and I was worried about their health. It was beyond frustrating; these are basic products I expect to be safe and reliable.
When I finally tried to reach Tesco's customer service to voice my concerns, it proved futile. They promised to call back, but the follow-up never came. I felt completely abandoned. I remember a time when Tesco prided itself on customer care, and now it feels like a distant memory.
This entire experience has left me seriously contemplating whether I should continue shopping there. I work hard for my money, and I deserve better than this. It's not just me; I think many loyal customers feel the same way. If they don't do something soon, they might lose more than just my business – they could lose a community that once trusted them.

Yesterday I ate a Tesco breaded cod fish cake and I believe the name on the packet should read Tesco breaded potato cake , the fish could NOT be tasted . I know that potato is in the majority of fish cakes but these are terrible and it is an wrong to call them fish cakes , don't buy them they are terrible ,a total waste of money .
I ordered groceries online
I ordered groceries online, and the delivery guy couldn't find my building in Canary Wharf, and was extremely rude on the phone. Then the cucumbers were old and soft (disguisting). I contacted them and they refunded the cucumbers, so I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star.

Don’t expect to use the toilets in Swansea Marina Superstore after 3.30 on a Sunday! Although the store does not close until 4.00 p.m. the toilets are closed at 3.30 p.m. This is for the convenience of staff and the inconvenience of customers.
If their slogan is “Every little helps”, another half an hour would certainly help.
Why not shop elsewhere where they know the meaning of customer service?
Poor service at all
“Shop online (Dotcom service) and be treated like shit” — this should be their slogan. I had the worst experience with their driver today. So disappointing!
Mind numbingly useless!
Half my online order they couldn't supply & i'm quite sure it's only because they couldn't be bothered to get the items as i allowed substitutes & they didn't provide any. So i cancelled my entire order & asked them not to deliver. Apparently they couldn't cancel it, even though the driver was still at the store, so he will turn up having unloaded the crates just for me to send him away. I asked how i make a complaint & was told they would put in one for me but that i wouldn't be contacted by Tesco about it or know the result of it & i can't have any phone number to speak to the store myself. Just a total waste of my Saturday.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this Tesco. The toilets were in a terrible condition, with mess all over the floor and a very unpleasant smell. The hygiene standards appeared poor, which is concerning for a store that sells food items. The facilities clearly need more regular cleaning and maintenance. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness and provide a better experience for customers.

We make sure that we are available to receive the order then hasn’t even left the store by the delivery time
Tesco not supporting British growers
Once again in our Tesco delivery we received spring onions from Senegal and asparagus from Mexico. It is the height of our growing season. Instead of paying their directors huge salaries and bonuses I reckon they could easily invest £500million into British market gardens and still pay them reasonably. Aldi seems to have more British seasonal produce
Customer Service Dundee
With one exception; Tesco customer service at Dundee have been very good, imho. I had a problem today concerning a voucher from Mars, which my local Tesco would NOT take. My wife had the same issue 3 months, and was given assurances that Tesco did take Mars vouchers, and via the local area manager this store would be retrained. Alas, my visit today proved that nothing had happened. Phoned CS, and got Caitlyn who instantly appreciated what I had said, and sorted it all out. She was understanding, friendly and professional.
Thank you Caitlyn!!
Tesco Marketplace
Tesco Marketplace. Do not think this compares with the Amazon Marketplace ‘model’. Received a damaged item called Tesco Marketplace who are simple there as an ‘umbrella’ no responsibility for the item. Instead just gave me the email address of the 3rd party seller and told me it is my job to chase up the company for a replacement or refund. Certainly makes you appreciate the hassle free Amazon customer service!

The company can improve by looking after their staff who have or had cancer, basically pushed me out of the door, even with all my hospital letters

I went to Tesco Wick (Scotland) to buy a tablet. Due to the unhelpful attitude of the staff they lost a sale. Over the last 5 years most of the phone shop staff have been helpful (except 1). Unfortunately today i got the unhelpful one. As well as losing a sale i will not be keeping my £15 a month SIM card as now i have no tablet
