They do deliver, but lack effective communication.
A great selection of transformers, often with stock none other have, that delivers to the UK with cheap shipping and decent pricing. Only downside: communication. I was not kept in the loop of delays with my pre-order, and it wasn't until I chased them up that I learned they kept it back from being shipped 2 weeks because a supplier requested they wait till they have higher quality replacement parts for it. Despite this, they were very friendly when they did communicate via email, and I would recommend emailing over their website messaging as that can be slow and very brief in their response. They did package very well, the box arrived in practically mint condition, using plastic corner pads to mitigate any damage during transit. Product arrived 8 days from shipping date to the UK, no additional fuss. The pre-order option I chose did mention free decal for the figure, but it seemed absent from my package, though this doesn't bother me too much.
