Great customer service, Desre was such a helpful team member!

They have sales representatives that are out selling their products that are not trained sufficiently, they lack the ability to resolve issues and some of the outside sales are double selling locations and may or may not be authorized to sell. It feels illegal and I would categorize it as negligent.

I run a solo hair studio in Ukiah and recently got an unsolicited cold email from Terraboost pitching a kiosk ad at a local grocery store. It's incredibly obvious they just use bots to scrape random emails without doing any actual research. Their automated template told me "there's no heating and cooling featured in your area"—which is hilarious, since I specialize in custom lived-in color and scalp detoxes, not HVAC repair. On top of that, their system literally set my contact name as "there" just so their default fallback could read "Hi there." If an advertising company is this lazy with their own outbound marketing, I definitely wouldn't trust them with my actual advertising budget. Small businesses, beware of the automated spam!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH TERRABOOST. I paid a year up front. When it was time to renew, my sales rep reached out. I told her 3 different times I didn't want to renew. 3 months later, I get a charge on my card. I contact them about the charge. They informed me that I was automatically enrolled in a month to month contract now. They wouldn't refund the charge of $240 and said I had to give a 30 day notice so there would be another $240. I had to find the email proof that I told the rep I didn't want to continue to do business with them and they refunded my money. Make sure any communication is through email for proof later. This is shady business in my opinion.

I can't say enough about Terraboost. They answered all my questions and got my campaign moving right along. Everyone is very nice and knows their stuff. I will be with this company for many years to come!

The design was exactly what I asked for and very prompt in creating it! Customer service was fabulous.

Excellent communication! Professional service at its best!

Communication was good, with some minor delays, and the agents assisting were pleasant to work with. The options for our campaign we're very similar and didn't offer a category for 'Spa', which we feel would be a necessity to capture a more 'relaxed' setting, but beyond that, we are pleased with our experience with Terraboost.

Lamour was so helpful and quick responses to my questions. Also everyone is so helpful and I am looking forward to my campaign going live!! Lamour did a fantastic job with my artwork as well:))
