Looks Nice, Doesn’t Work — No Refund Given

I ordered a number of cocktail shakers as gifts for family and friends, the designs were lovely but none of them fit properly and were therefore unusable. I made an effort to reach out offering to ship them back so they can be fixed but the answer was no from them and no refund was provided. It’s a real shame as the design is great but it was expensive and an unusable product, I was astonished to see such a lack of quality control. How can they ship multiple shakers that don’t close or fit properly?
