Their life time warranty is the worst. Horrible company

My experience with the brand is 9.95 out of 10.

I like very much, the durability, quality materials, the sober designs, I have bought special editions and I look forward to receiving the mailing of the next edition, to see if I can purchase it in time!

I bought Interval and tactical shorts, I use them not only for crossfit training, but almost every day.

A point of improvement is that some products that become unavailable may take a long time to become available again, such as Rep Tight, Set Shorts and some Tactical.

As for the size I have only had 1 problem, I use Large and I bought an Over Sip, although it is L, I could not use it because it is really too small, so that is the main reason why preferred not to buy shirts or outerwear.

I would like a few more new styles but always respecting the quality and durability of their products.
I am delighted with the brand.

Do NOT be fooled by the company's claim of a "lifetime" warranty. When attempting to return shorts due to the glue coming loose on the cell phone pocket I was told the shorts only had a two year warranty due to their use as gym gear and the rigorous wear that would occur. Are you kidding me?!? Isn't that the use that they are made for? I have many of their items but due to their poor backing of their warranty will no longer be a customer.

I purchased shorts for a Xmas gift the package was never delivered and the company refuses to give you the money back for a product that was never delivered. Here is the official answer I received from them. Increíble that a company can be so dishonest:
As a courtesy, we will allow a one-time compensation for lost packages. Please note that since the shipping carrier has not gotten back to us and there is a confirmed delivery, returns on any compensated lost packages will end with store credit or exchange, there are no refunds.

the tactical shorts are my favorite pair of shorts I own. They are versatile - I wear them golfing, running errands, lounging, working out, and hiking. They do not look like army shorts, they are more similar to lululemon than army (if that makes sense). One pair of mine started to come undone on the sides, and they sent me a replacement ASAP no questions asked.

Contacted customer service about a failed zipper on a pair of shorts. They said that it was wear and tear and did not fall under the lifetime guarantee. If the shorts are now useless because you cant use the zippered pocket then what is the point of wearing them? The zipper you installed failed. I didn't make that happen. Won't buy from them again. Stand by your products!

Super fraudulent company. I've made +4 orders on this store. They use DHL to send packages, and most of the time DHL outsources the order to USPS. In that process, the packages get lost, and the company won't refund you or show proof of delivery. It's insane. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service, items ordered have been in shipping limbo for 2 weeks and they are blaming it on shipper even though tracking says shipper is still waiting on items. They told me expedited shipping is how quickly they get the order to ship and not how long it takes to get to me.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a Christmas Gift of 4 pair of shorts on 12/15 said guaranteed delivery if ordered by 12/20. The Customer Service in NON EXISTENT! No live representatives and the only response was by email and very uncaring of about the magnitude of the delivery by Christmas. My son happens to be a pro athlete that was given a pair of these shorts and liked the quality but with this kind of Customer Service he will not recommend or order in the future!

Sizing all over the place - significant variance.
Latest order not dispatched more than 3 weeks after order, and no response from customer services.
Time to move and find the new kid on the block, in the hope that they value their customers for a little longer!

Trash customer service. It is past the delivery window and I still have not received my order. After explaining this via email (they do not accept inbound calls), there was nothing they were able to do.

Payed for 2-3 day shipping and didn't get a package until 10 days later. Quality is trash. Honestly never purchased a more poorly cut shirt. All marketing, no material

These shorts are cheap junk. The stitching came apart after wearing them a couple times for casual use. They are marketed as being durable gym clothing but they are poorly made. Stay away.

I couldn’t have asked for better workout equipment. Quality, price, and feel are all top notch!!
