Food was absolutely disgusting chips still hard and under cooked and burger was the worst I’ve ever tasted . Feral kids allowed to run around where people are trying to do bowling.

Bowling and customer service was great
Bowling and customer service was great, but the food. I ordered a large chips, nothing about it was large or warm. So we sent them back, only for them to come back cold. The lady on the desk told me they were fresh as she watched them being put in the basket. They must have been left at least 10 mins before being brought out if that was the case.
Also I must say the Doorman was courteous and polite, but any establishment or worse the tin pot security company they use who allow any licensed premises to have just one person on duty with no back up should get out of the industry quickly. You’re exactly the reason why the security industry has gone downhill. No reputable company would allow the staff to work like that.

Trying to book on line for a disabled person is impossible. The stroppy member of staff telling me she had to move everything around because I with someone in a child in a wheel chair.was not enjoyable. No one around to ask for help when needed

The actual Bowling was great however the lack of staff means long queues as the same person has to do the bar/reception bit and the ticket exchange. Would have given 5 stars if adequate staffing

Needs were met
I had asked if we could have a certain area as my son struggles with crowds because of his autism and your staff member didn't even bat an eye and made the experience so easy and stress free which was really appreciated.

Eat and play experience
I booked the eat and play. When booking in, the receptionist asked if I would like to eat at the alley or after the game to which my boy wanted to have it at the alley. We didn’t receive the meal at the alley and so I booked another game via someone different in the hope we get the meal whilst playing that game. The receptionist only booked us on for half a game. My boy was left disappointed having only played half and not getting the meal at the alley. We then went to reception and told them we hadn’t received the food and that we will now be waiting in the restaurant part. She went to inform the kitchen staff to change it. We were still sat for another 20 minutes before someone came up to me to question what I ordered as he was told 🍕 pizza, which was wrong. Once corrected it was a further 10 minutes before getting it.

Don’t expect much
Slow at tills & big queue. Then got to lane and had to ask someone to set it up as they hadn’t set it ready for us to start. Pizza was the worst pizza Iv ever had, so little cheese and way too much red sauce. Bad attitude of pink hair lady at bar when saying the beer ordered was flat. Some of the bowling balls had big dents/chips in them. If we didn’t get a deal then it wouldn’t have been worth the money. Do not pay full price for this!

Communication!!!
Was told we had to wait for lane we had booked, queued again after time specified to be told we were late and it’s been ready since 3. It felt like we had to rush as they neede the lane an hr later and with an autistic child that is not going to be easy.

Great venue and experience
First time I’ve been to this venue since it’s been redeveloped. It looks fantastic and I enjoyed my time. A great attraction to the area.
