Tenpin is great. It's what you expect. The only reason it got 4 stars was because there are never enough smaller balls or they are all xsmall finger holes. Otherwise it's a good trip out and usually... See more

Our original lane only had one bumper working but a member of staff quickly switched our lane after informing them. We got 2 games for £30 for 3 people which I thought was good value. Good selection o... See more

All round a good experience, but didn’t seem to be any air-conditioning and it was very hot

The venue was clean and well organised. The staff were very helpful. A great day out for the family.

My daughter has a party at Ten Pin for her 11th birthday with some of her friends. We hired two lanes and she and her friends had an amazing time! Ten Pin is a really good place to spend with friends and family, the arcade is an added bonus,

Staff was not helpful. Karaoke Booths had poor sound quality. No refund was given. Special bowling offers were announced after a certain time - after waiting for an hour, the offer was then suddenly canceled. Went there with a big group of students and left very disappointed.

Straight on the bowling alley. Helpful staff. Easy to use new payment card system for the arcade area.

We ordered some cocktails and they were very watered down no taste and not very nice won’t be going back due to the lack of effort put in at making them 👎

Really busy. Waiting to book in waiting to get drinks waiting to order food waiting to use machines, lane broke 3 times whilst using (bumpers wouldn’t come up for my son) told them about it twice and didn’t want to wait on the third occasion. Way too expensive.
Not worth it

We love to go bowling, and it is a great experience every time. The low point is always about the food, and this time, Guinness was out of stock.

Used a special offer to keep cost down. Was running late to arrive and they happily revised the arrival time on the booking. Friendly staff and welcomed the drinks and food deliveries to the lane.

We visited Cambridge Leisure again and had a great time overall – the game and experience were fantastic.
Unfortunately, the food service let it down. We waited about 40 minutes for two pizzas, and when they finally arrived, they were no longer warm. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with food – on a previous visit we also experienced long waits and didn’t receive what we ordered.
It’s a great place, but the food service really needs improvement.

It wasn't a great experience, sadly. The Cambridge premises were late opening up and there was no apology to acknowledge this, the service was slow and our bowling lane electrics short-circuited (according to the technician) so the barriers failed to raise for our children. It costs £66 for a family of four to go bowling so the experience didn't really feel like value for money.

Not enough lighter/smaller bowling balls available. Our lane developed a fault and it took a long time before anyone came to assess it. Some of the arcade games weren't working properly and some took credits without exchanging for a game. Not great value for money sadly

Had a lovely time at Ten Pin Bowling with my mum and son, while baby happily sat watching in the buggy the whole time. The bowling area was really clean, well looked after, and had a lovely atmosphere.
I especially loved how you can pre-book drinks beforehand, it made everything so much easier with no faffing around once we arrived. Such a convenient touch for families.
Another thing we really enjoyed was being able to add your photo to the scoreboard. It’s such a fun little feature and makes the experience feel more personal.
Overall, a really enjoyable family outing and we’ll definitely be back! Xx

All good about for a slightly sticky bumper on lane 18 which gave me a bunch of cheat points.
